Our Infrastructure Capacity-Building Training uses arts integration as a powerful medium to develop and strengthen the systems, processes, and collaborative culture essential for sustainable school and district improvement. Participants will engage in hands-on, interdisciplinary projects that model how the arts can drive infrastructure development—fostering innovation, communication, and community partnership at every level1.
Rather than focusing solely on classroom practice, this training empowers educators and leaders to build the organizational scaffolding needed to support ongoing professional development, effective resource allocation, and vibrant community engagement—all through the lens of arts integration.

Change Management: Participants develop practical skills to lead and manage schoolwide change, ensuring that new strategies are implemented effectively, adapted as needed, and sustained over time.
Parent & Stakeholder Engagement: The program equips teams to actively involve families and community partners as collaborators in student learning and school improvement, strengthening trust and shared ownership.

Each session is highly interactive and collaborative, using real school data, hands-on planning, and arts-based scenarios to address infrastructure challenges. Dialogue and feedback loops are embedded throughout to ensure continuous reflection, adaptation, and stakeholder voice.

All trainings and workshops are customizable for your learning community's needs. Additional travel, lodging, training materials, and administrative fees may incur extra costs. Payment plans are available for sessions $4000 or more with an additional administrative fee. School district pricing can accommodate teams of five (5) people per school with a 20% discount.
